about

I love developing and deepening relationships with ancient chants and sacred texts every day. These mantras I have chanted for forty days or more and I have been cultivating a relationship with the Tao Te Ching for nearly 10 years. These songs are written and crafted through playing my loop pedal and expressing these sacred sounds. It's an honor for me to finally be able to share these with you.

Track Name: Freedom
Ong Hung Vajra Phey

Hot is my skin
Pressed upon the window pane
wet are my eyes
singing songs of goodbyes
FREEDOM calls out to me
as I turn away
FREEDOM calls out to me
as I walk away
Freedom Freedom Freedom
Wet are my eyes
as I take the leap
Wet are my eyes
as I cry out
AhhhAhhhhAhhhh
Freedom calls out to me
Freedom calls out to all of us
Freedom calls out to me
Freedom calls out to all of us
Let go Let go Let go Let go Let go Let go Let go Let go
LET GO
of everything holding us back
Everything holding us back
LET GO

<Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu Chapter 57 translated by Stephen Mitchell>

If you want to be a great leader,
you must learn to follow the Tao.
Stop trying to control.
Let go of fixed plans and concepts,
and the world will govern itself.

The more prohibitions you have,
the less virtuous people will be.
The more weapons you have,
the less secure people will be.
The more subsidies you have,
the less self-reliant people will be.

Therefore the Master says:
I let go of the law,
and people become honest.
I let go of economics,
and people become prosperous.
I let go of religion,
and people become serene.
I let go of all desire for the common good,
and the good becomes common as grass.
Track Name: Listen to Your Body
Om Apadamapa Hataram Dataram Sarva Sampadam
Loka Bhi Ramam Sri Rama Bhuyo Bhuyo Namamyaham

Here I am, Heneini
Here I am All of me
Listen to your Body
Come on everyBody
Listen to your body
What is your body telling you today
What is your body telling you right now

<Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu Chapter 72 translated by Stephen Mitchell>

When they lose their sense of awe,
people turn to religion.
When they no longer trust themselves,
they begin to depend upon authority.

Therefore the Master steps back
so that people won't be confused.
He teaches without a teaching,
so that people will have nothing to learn.
Track Name: Reflection
Sat Nam

Take all of your resistence to love and hold it tight
does it keep you warm at night
Just breath into your lethargy
Taking you away from me
ahhhhh
I will be your reflection your connection to divine love
I will breath the directions of the earth and the stars above
your soul will penetrate your heart
and all of your life force will go directly towards your art
and all of our life force will go directly our art
and all of our life force will go directly towards masterful works of art

<Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu Chapter 23 translated by Stephen Mitchell>

Express yourself completely,
then keep quiet.
Be like the forces of nature:
when it blows, there is only wind;
when it rains, there is only rain;
when the clouds pass, the sun shines through.

If you open yourself to the Tao,
you are at one with the Tao
and you can embody it completely.
If you open yourself to insight,
you are at one with insight
and you can use it completely.
If you open yourself to loss,
you are at one with loss
and you can accept it completely.

Open yourself to the Tao,
then trust your natural responses;
and everything will fall into place.
